IndexingI specialize in back-of-book indexing for your manuscript. I especially enjoy working on trade and scholarly books, but am more than happy to take on projects outside of this scope.
I use Cindex indexing software and adhere to the Chicago Manual of Style (18th edition) format, unless requested otherwise. I am also careful to follow your publisher's style guide and specifications. Editing of the index is included at no additional cost. At this time, I do not offer embedded indexing. This is a service I may provide in the future. Rates are charged per indexable page. Most projects fall within the $3-7/page range, but I am flexible and will try my best to work within your budget. |

I primarily begin my research with Academic Search Premier (EBSCO) and JSTOR, but have experience with and access to numerous other databases and periodicals.
